what i mean is could you leave someone behind if you were commanded to?
-
Probably not but it would depend what they were being left behind for?
-
I'm with, Apple. It would also naturally depend on WHO is being left behind as well.
And if there is any chance I may be able to go back and save them after they narrowly escaped their hanging by standing on a sword, evading guards, small diplomacy, and then faking falling off of a cliff. Then in the sequel, they'd probably ignore a lot of the established things, rely FAR to heavily on little nudges back to the first, but still be a pretty fun little adventure anyways. -

i was going to add who in the end but i had already submitted it...

When the time comes for God's people to flee to a place of safety just prior to the tribulation, many will have to make this choice. I made mine. I will go. It is like the time of Noah. He spent many years preaching that the end was near and they needed to choose, bu tonly is family were saved. Also, Lot and his family left people behind in Sodom. I wouldn't leave for anything less than God, but when He says go, you go.

I gotta say, I didn't even question whether THIS would be turned into a religious debate...I usually defend all you religious wackos
in the "There's too much religion here! It's supposed to be PHILOSOPHY!!!", but this time I'm not so sure.
Either way, I will not leave behind the people I love and good people I know that "don't make the cut" for being gay or Hindu etc... -
-
It's all about choices.
-
-
lets just narrow it down to a war-like situation...

-
depends on wether leaving them behind would save the lives of my crew. the needs of the many....
-
Never!
shame
save your fellow humanity
-
Depends
As with everyone, the case of "who is left behind" would be the only thing that would matter to me.
Other than that I could easily leave someone behind if commanded.
