    Should illegal immigrants be able to live in America or should they be deported back to where they came from?

    I think they should be deported if they commit a crime (aside from being an illegal immigrant). Why would I care if someone wants to do backbreaking work 7 days a week for less than minimum wage?

      well, if American business owners obeyed and followed labor laws, instead of trying to get away with robbery and slavery, more Americans would be willing to work those jobs. The problem is lax enforcement of labor laws, which allows unethical business owners to sneak illegals in under the radar and exploit them.

        We have the same problem with outsourcing. No one cares about people, just profits. And, occasionally, AMERICAN people.

    I think all illegals should be returned to their own countries and not allowed back until they have complied with our laws. Of course, this doesn't apply to those who work for me.
