    natural and harmful all at once

    it is an amalgam of all assumptions that create wage disparity between sexes, cultural misrepresentation, objectification, or anything one may imagine that keeps people from seeing a given individual as anything other than an individual on account of sex. it is not merely mathematical - it is psychological, political, economic, sociological, cultural, and historical.
