Law of Man VS. Law of God (or Gods)

  • I have little respect for jewish parents (regarding circumcision)

no person under the age of 18 can get a tattoo (which can actually be removed) but yet a parent can decide wether to alter the appereance of the males penis which CANNOT BE REVERSED!

  • Listen

The holy Prophet Abraham ( peace and blessings of Almighty Allah be upon him) found a wound at the upper part of his private organ. So, he cut the front of it. Since then, it became law for the coming generations to get their male children circumcised. And all the Muslims, Jews and Christians follow this practice. And scientifically, it has so many benefits.

  • But then again...

circumcision has been said to give men better orgasms. While that may mean nothing for the baby, it will mean a hell of a lot for him when he becomes a man. Nowadays, more men are getting circumcised for better ‘feeling’. It is said it be a lot more painful when done when they’re adults, so I see nothing wrong here. I do see why you’d see it as wrong though, it doesn’t seem like a right thing to do for a baby, but in the long run, they’ll definetely appreciate it.

  • agreed

i agree with curcumcision for all of the above reasons. ive never met a guy who was circumcized that ever complained about it. whats the big deal if theyll like it when they are older? plus the large majority of my female friends (including myself) feel that it looks and feels better. i also believe that it is a sacraficial convenant with God, and i want my children to have at least that because i cant predict how religious they will end up with the grow up (not that i have any children at the moment). ~*~*Rin*~*~

  • No

Children so often have choices made for them. not just curcumcision. but also religion. other extreme views. it's not right. of course the parent must make most chocies for the child, but there are some things they should acnowledge that when the child grows up they may NOT have the same views as the parent... the parent is too convinced of how right they are.
