Here we might explore the role and psychology of the deviant being, whether human or animal, or even robot/artificial intelligence. We will explore the history of psychological studies of the deviant, as well as seek out current studies on deviants, including but not limited to homosexuals, artists, perverts, sexual predators, various types among the mentally ill, geniuses, and rebels. We will also look into the science of teratology, the science or study of monstrosities or abnormal growths in organisms [traced to 1670-1680 according to Merriam Webster's].

What is the study of deviant psychology?Voted for by cafegroundzero.
This topic is under development. In the meanwhile, you are welcome to leave your comments and questions. One of the first things I will be doing is assembling a bibliography. I will say for now that I became interested in this topic partly because I grew up with Asberger's syndrome, and had to cope with the situation of being alienated by my peers and the adults around me. Also, the Dean at my College, when I first attended, was a doctor of deviant psychology. For his privacy, I shall for now keep his name private, and anyway I've forgot it for now.
