This is a response to one of a contest poems I entered at allpoetry.com. The link is http://allpoetry.com/Poem/1677984 most people wrote what they wanted in a perfect world, which included materlistic shit like "nice clothes" and stuff. anyway to get my point read the link.

  • The Perfect World/Something

A perfect world is a place i nor you will ever get to see. Show me something perfect. I don't think a "something" can be perfect. If we lived in a perfect world with perfect things around us there would be no world. Only a black hole as far as we could possiblely know. For how many people on earth know of SOMETHINGS that are perfect? How many things do you know that can and will never brake, bend, rust, wear out, with no work or knowlage involved?

  • The Perfect World/Someone

Something can not be perfect or no world would exist at all. But what about someone? Could someone be perfect? What is perfect when it comes to the complicated emotions and feelings of a someone? Always getting your own way? Knowing what you like most flowers or chocolate? No. Trying you absolute best for those you love and cherish above your own self is perfection. When many say God is perfect many then don't belive. But i see it as he is perfect. He created us but could not save us so he sent the one he loved to save us. Truly Jesus was God's own living flesh and bone only seen as a son because he was born in the will of God as any born son would. But i'm getting beyond the point. Someone can be perfect when they give everything up for the ones they love and even being kind and caring to the ones that truly hate around them. And for that reson maybe many people today may be perfect. For who are we to truly judge?
