Heaven on Earth, can it be done?

Basically, is there some way that we can gain this perfect utopia on the material world we live in.

  • no

heaven to people differs if we creat a utopia there will always be someone unhappy and it will not be heaven on earth because one person in our heaven is not satisfied. we can creat the idea of it and we can try but i guarentee people will not like our utopia because it is another way of conforming us to one being.

  • Jesus and Sins

In my opinion, Christians seem to be using sins as a way of making them all seem wretched to eachother. I don’t think the sins were taught to people so Jesus could show them how evil they were. I think that the sins were layed down in order to give people a way of peacefully co-existing. Instead of people relying on the church to releave them of their sins so they can get to heaven, if they don’t commit any true sins then you won’t need to die to get to heaven, you’ll already be there. Of course, this may contridict another of my theories, but it seems to me like this is what Jesus was really telling us.

  • "Heaven Is At Hand"

Jesus said “Heaven is at hand”. I take this to mean that we may enter into heaven here. I personally believe I live in Heaven. I believe you find it in heart and mind.

It is also said by Jesus “Some here will not know death”. That one doesn’t thrill me, I don’t think I want to live an eternity.

  • Heaven inside?

When hatred, predjudices and judgemtal thinking are removed I think a state of heaven can be attained within.Basically living life a moment at a time.

  • Not unless you believe in God

If you follow a religion that offers such Heaven, as I do, then certainly Heaven can be achieved. If I am understanding your question correctly, however, it seems to me that you seem to be asking whether we can achieve heaven on our own, then I would simply say “no” by simple yet resounding idea that we cannot delay the senility of our sun, reverse the second law of thermodynamics or overcome biological death. To truly achieve Heaven in light of these considerations, God seems necessary.

  • Heaven on Earth, can it be done?. . .

As in the Lord’s Prayer, “but deliver us from evil,” can only be realized where evil doesn’t exist. So, I think not completely. Not untill we are delivered up into Heaven will there be no more evil and Heaven be truly Heaven. In the mean time Jesus has shown us the way to perfect love and we can at least have a taste or make for ourselves a bit of Heaven here on earth.

  • Another choice besides war?

In a war, is there any other outlet for a last resort besides fighting evil with evil? Loosely speaking, could we really solve violence or evil with ‘good’ and nonviolence? I know that Gandhi and his followers made an immense difference in the struggle against Brit control over India with nonviolent protest, but what about the current (and recent-past) Middle East situation? Is (or was there ever) another choice besides war? Thanks to anyone who gives it a thought.

  • Heaven without Hell

This operates on the premise that heaven is more than just a Christian desire or delusion or idea or whatever. It is a universal utopia that one, if acting justly, can encounter and reside in during afterlife. Heaven also cannot operate without a concept of a polar oppisite; a hell. Therefore, if Earth has the capability to support perfection, it thus has the capability to support absolute imperfection and desolation. There cannot be a heaven on earth without a hell to define it by.

  • Heaven is all in our mind..

Heaven sight is in our mind, it all depends on how we see the world, a heaven for someone can be a hell for someone else, our existence on earth is not purely coincidental, there is some divine hand to explain life..choices we make in life decide our happiness thus our heaven..

  • Can It ?!? It Already HAS Been Done!
Heaven is already here. That is the mistake that you all make. You just can't see it because you are not seeing with God. You see with Satan's eyes. But hehold, without Satan there is neither God nor Earth. hahahah.

  • Subtle pictures of heaven, hell and other regions
I don't think so. Heaven is a plane of existence with eternal happiness. Life on earth has both happiness and unhappiness, earth is no heaven and heaven is no earth that's for sure.

I would like to share with you all the details of a website that has accurate information regarding heaven, hell and the other regions that a soul is likely to reach after death. All the info on the website is received by Seekers of God with advanced 6th sense. http://www.spiritualresearchfoundation.org/spiritualresearch/spiritualscience/afterdeath/
