Eternity/Forever28% Voted for by looking4realtruth, HeatherRoseBrown.
Think about you most boring college class (or highschool). Now imagine it going on and on with no clocks in the room and never stopping. That's eternity. A never ending experience. Hard to wrap your brain around it.

Perception of timeVoted for by Qulishnikapoothe.
To invision eternity we must first define perception. How you you percieve the time leading up to an eternity?
With the start of this universe, space and thus, time, came into existance. Time - a measurement of our limited awareness in this universe. The entity around which we evolved.
Someday the universe will collapse in on it self or cease to exist depeding on the most popular scientific theory. But if it could exist forever, our perception of time in it would change and thus, eternity will constantly have to be redefined.
Defining eternity is not a simple task for us mortal beings. Perhaps it is a question for the devine... If you believe that there is consciousness outside this universe/dimention to observe eternity. But thats another topic for discussion.

Eternity is not timeVoted for by Sol La Mae.
Eternity is now without the measurement of time. It is not "forever" but instead "always."

Eternity is the PresentVoted for by david13.
Be present and time stops. You would have to forget any memories and forget any future. Just don't think and look around you without judgement or thought. That is eternity.
