Dadaism is an art movement of the pre-WWII era that focused on the nihalistic beliefs that nothing means anything. Marked by nonsense, and attacking modern society, Dada seemed to reduce eveyone to the level of children-- everything was chance, or a simple game. Since nothing mankind could achieve was wortwhile, even art, the people created art only to accept that everything is perpectually disorderly.

I dreamt about DadaVoted for by NeferMaatNetjer.
I had a dream once about a dada house. It was way out there. there was this room that was painted all red, with no furniture, and random letters rubbed into the paint all around the walls. there was a lounge chair with a huge metal spike coming up from the cushion, there was a jewlery box with wavy pieces of wood glued to the drawers of it, so that nothing would fit into it. There were three men having a heated argument in gibberish, ther was a stove where the burners were actually cold, and they froze what was put onto them. the refrigerator was actually an oven, the washer dryed and the dryer washed. the bed was covered in roses- thorns and all- and the carpet was live grass, dandilions included.
what does this dream say about me? I think it says i'm a really wierd guy.
