Do you think that a person who murdered should be cleared of his sins forever or not?

Jesus' sacrifice was infinite, there is no sin that is to big for God to handle. Jesus said that if we are angery at someone we have already committed murder in our hearts. I've done that, but I don't dare try to magnify my problem bigger than God. Remeber that we are all sinners and that our good deeds have nothing to do with our salvation. The only thing that matters is what we believe about Jesus. This means that there are murderers in Heaven while there are very pious and moral people in Hell.

According to most Christian relgions they believe that if you truly repent you are forigiven. Guess you'd have to ask God to be sure.
Personally I think it's possible, but the likelihood of a full blown murderer being truly sorry is less likely. Though when you see all those anti-heroes in comics and TV you root for them and wouldn't want most of them in hell...But I guess they're generally trying to do good in the process...
LOL I guess it gets even more confusing when you go into the realm of Charles Bronson movies.

Yes, with RepentenceVoted for by Lily of The Valleys.
Only if the murderer in his heart called out to Jesus and was truly changed. In the bible are 6 things that God Hates, (yes hate, that harsh word)"Hands that shed innocent blood." is one of them. But there is one unforgivable sin, that's suicide, the taking of your own life. But yes, murderers can enter the kingdom as long as Jesus has cleased them of sin. Believe it or not, Hitler, after all the things he did, could have repented and been saved. He was a believer, but a sinner.

A murderer can be forgiven for his sin. The theif that was on the cross next to Christ was forgiven and was seen in heaven that night next to God, was he not? So, yes, it is entirely possible for him to recieve absolution. It's up to them to obtain this forgiveness, however.

redemption
We all deserve redemption. This is a great reason why people believe both because they see, experience, and know that we have such a kind and loving God.February 9, 2007

Murders (or anyone for that matter) can receive total absolution from their sin if they are truely repentent. If they say they're sorry but are not sincere than they are not going to heaven. It they truely repent of their sin and turn away from it (and believe in Jesus of course) they will get to heaven. Good works have absolutly nothing to do with our salvation. So yes, if they are truly repentant they can and will receive absolution from their sin.
