Is it good or bad in the long run that someone was picked on almost all of their school experence. I know this may seem like a weird or ovious question but hear me out...

I think it is kinda good80% Voted for by Unknown Element, Kazrith, Makessenseright, The Blind Bandit.
I was picked on for being a geek and overweight most of 9 years and I think it helped turn me into who I am today, the kind, respectful, and honerable person I am. I have though on this for a long time and truely believe that this is in part because of what I have epxerenced in my school years (I am in 11th now)what are your thoughts

Depends on the PersonVoted for by creason.
I think that it depends on the character of the person that is being picked on, and whether or not they ever stand up to the bully. If you never make a stand, and yes that may and often does involve a fight, then people will walk all over you for your entire life. Stand up and be a man.
I was once picked on by a kid in elementary school. It never really bothered me and for a lond time I was able to just ignore it, but one day he would not quit making fun of me and I said "If you want to fight, then push me right now and see what happens." He did not do anything and I think it has greatly effected my life since then. If the person is strong enough then it will make them more prepared for later in life.
