I don't think so, interesting thought though. The Bible says that all old things, including Earth, will pass away. Hell is eternal so it doesn't make sense to me that Hell would be at the center of the Earth. God could make it in a totally different universe if He wanted to, why pick a place so close to home?

It is illogical to think that Hell would be a finite place (of course, religion itself is illogical and irrational). If it were the center of the earth, then the billions of so-called "damned" would have it filled to capacity hundreds of years ago. Nevermind that Biblical Satan can spontaneously appear on earth, and doesn't need to climb out of a volcano first. Believe what you want, I'm not going to start knocking religion here, but its' simply illogical to think that Hell would be in the center of the earth.

I think Hell is the center of the Earth that we call the "core."Voted for by Carino.
In science we learn that earthquakes waves (Primary waves, Secondary waves, and surface-waves.) Cannot effect one place on Earth, that's the core.
People have never been able to get to the core of the Earth due to that it's basically a "Magma Chamber" with molten Iron (Fe)and Nickel (Ni). Anyways there isn't enough Oxygen and too much pressure to survive.
In Revelation from the bible, it says that "Satan will be cast into the lake of fire." Lake of fire... The core? Also before you enter hell it says that you would be "Cast into outer darkness where there will be weeping and gnashing of teeth." Maybe that is miles into the Earths mantle?
God doesn't say where hell is, all we know is it is separation of God. Separation from God would mean being with Satan (who is also separated.)
Sounds like a pretty solid theory to me.

Come ON NowIf The core of earth was in fact Hell... Then that would mean years of experimentation and studies would just be flat out wrong...no its not..I see Hell not as physical place...neither up or down left or right... It think its more of supernatural place where a compas would not be able to give direction to.Voted for by Subway.

I think so.
There is a big difference between hell and the lake of fire. hell will be cast in the lake of fire along with the bad. When the bad die they go to hell (torment) where the wait for judgement and the good to paradise. There are so many verses in the bible to comfirm this. Jesus went to the bowels of earth when he died. God made the earth open up and take some of the israelites with all the own.Energizer Bunny

The Eternal Lake Of Fire
I do not believe knowing the location of hell is is as important as how you get there and what it represents.
The Bible continually warns of a place called hell. There are over 162 references in the New Testament alone which warns of hell. And over 70 of these references were uttered by the Lord Jesus Christ!
In Luke 16, Jesus Christ gives a frightening picture of hell:
22 . . . the rich man also died, and was buried;
23 And in hell he lift up his eyes, being in torments, and seeth Abraham afar off, and Lazarus in his bosom.
24 And he cried and said, Father Abraham, have mercy on me, and send Lazarus, that he may dip the tip of his finger in water, and cool my tongue; for I am tormented in this flame.
25 But Abraham said, Son, remember that thou in thy lifetime receivedst thy good things, and likewise Lazarus evil things: but now he is comforted, and thou art tormented.
26 And beside all this, between us and you there is a great gulf fixed: so that they which would pass from hence to you cannot; neither can they pass to us, that would come from thence.
27 Then he said, I pray thee therefore, father, that thou wouldest send him to my father’s house:
28 For I have five brethren; that he may testify unto them, lest they also come into this place of torment. (Luke 16:22-28)

Rev 20:12 And I saw the dead, small and great, stand before God; and the books were opened: and another book was opened, which is the book of life: and the dead were judged out of those things which were written in the books, according to their works.
Rev 20:13 And the sea gave up the dead which were in it; and death and hell delivered up the dead which were in them: and they were judged every man according to their works.
Rev 20:14 And death and hell were cast into the lake of fire. This is the second death.
Rev 20:15 And whosoever was not found written in the book of life was cast into the lake of fire. ) . Nobody wants to believe it, but it clearly says that they are judged according to their works. Yes, salvation is a gift of God, but how does God know if your are worthy of His salvation. By your works. (Mat 7:21 Not every one that saith unto me, Lord, Lord, shall enter into the kingdom of heaven; but he that doeth the will of my Father which is in heaven. ) . Sorry I got off point there for a second. Hell is just the grave and the lake of fire is the instrument that God will use to destroy the spirits of those who won't do it His way.

Nosferatu has it
Hell is an absence of God. The Bible also says they sleep the sleep until the throne judgement. There is a lake of fire, but that is where Satan gets tossed, after being released from the pit. 'Sheol' also translates side of the pit, a place of limbo.
