What really matters at the end of the day?

i had a friend commit suicide. He struggled with psychosis for many years. After the funeral, i got thinking...

  • reflection...

At the end of the day, what really matters? Being true to yourself, being kind and friendly to all, having loved, cherishing your family and freinds and small moments of happiness. When its over, its over...For Good. Never again. Gone from this life. So what really matters when death comes our way? Will the past finally matter? Could it bring new meaning? All we have at the end of the day is the past. I don;t want to forget it all. We musn't forget the good times, and without the bad, we would not know what bad was. It sucks. But it is true. We must fall before we can stand up. DEATH is it just a 'fall'? Could we 'stand up' again? Could we have another chance? What is next? All we have ever dreamed of? Our pure soul's, hearts desire? Yes, i believe so. I believe we may have another chance; at some stage. Maybe some souls must rest for a while, to recover from this lifetime/ Maybe their souls were somehow mismatched to their previous earthly body. A LOST SOUL May a lost soul be found...in death? After death, are we free? Do we have a choice up there? A say in our souls destiny? Some sort of meeting with 'the one', in heaven to discuss future earthly (or otherwise) possibilities, based on our most recent life? Not judged, but graded almost. On being true. TRUTH Whatever that may be. But it will be my truth, as told by my heart in its purest form xxx

  • One Big Trip

I can give you so many tuths. "The greatest wisdon comes with knowing you know nothing at all." Socrates. You can look at this place in so many ways it can drive you crazy. One truth is that everything you experience (in a practical non-spititual sense) is a chain reaction of chemicals and electric impulses. Realise that you don't see through your eyes. All your eyes do is pick-ip light and send information to your brain where chemicals like DMT along with many various hallucinogenic substances translate that information and you make up with your imagination (which is the hallucinogenes) what everything looks like. So we're litterally hallucinating everything.

Have you ever seen someone out of the corner of your eye and you thought they looked like someone you knew and then you looked at them and they didn't look anything like you thought? That's the chemicals at work.

But the greatest "truth", really a theory, about everything is that, everything is the result of the very first event ever to take place. Something had to exist so then there was this huge explosion/implosion of everthing there including you and me and then there was this random place we live in now. If only I could paint a picture of it in your head of what I think this place might be, could you understand exactly what I'm talking about.

  • Nothing
After each day, our actions will not matter. The conections we create, the people we love will not really care. In the end, nothing matters, we won't be remembered, our love won't live on... Our entire lives are spent in the service of others one way or another. Its impossible that our actions, morals, love, or knowledge dont count for anything...
