what if evolution took man to a spiritual level..not faith or belief?

i am amazed when i look at the list of famous atheists..what i conclude is that one can be extremely intelligent and never have engaged one's intelligence toward understanding or developing oneself in "the right direction"..but it is also true that there are a tremendous number of "idiots" who have corrupted religion..and it may be that many of the atheists are only atheists in relation to what these "idiots" for lack of a better word, are espousing..there are no doubt atheists who actually know more about grid than many so called religious leaders! There are still people who's image of God is that of an old man who sits on a throne somewhere.. "in heaven i guess"..of course he looks like a man right?..and judges our actions..personally! I almost think we need to start over with a new name..i suggest "Grid" instead of God. i like the metaphysician joel goldsmith..if you get a chance to read any of his writings he was very good at dispelling a lot of the nonsense surrounding people's religious dogmas while maintaining great faith. He often used the word "it" to refer to God but also used the traditional names as well. What we need is sites like this to bring real religious thinking to people..i'm really glad this is happening..real religion is very cosmic, vibrant and exciting..it requires very very precise mental acuity to grasp it..and that's something very special among humans..it requires faith but it doesn't rest on that alone. Let's take the idea of life after death. Mormons believe that after death they will meet their friends and family members again but in a perfected physical or at least physically looking body. Now there's an example of man creating god. But just look at the universe or look through a microscope or just think about the relative unimportance of man in the grand scheme of things..man is a very small insignificant being.. a very undeveloped primitive being..how can a dog or cat understand higher mathematics? it's impossible..and how can a man understand grid? it's also impossible..but there is one important bit of understanding man may be able to attain. From his smallness..he has to suspect first of all that he will die..that there's no survival of the ego, the "I" sense after death..but that the universe itself will survive. There may be a collective eternity that "we" merge into..that collective consciousness. He must suspect that all the parts of the universe merge back into the whole just as a drop of ocean water would merge into the ocean if it were placed back in it..even physics has this law of thermodynamics... it says that no energy can be created or destroyed. Maybe grid plays a little game ...maybe it breaks itself into tiny parts and then makes all the parts return on a long journey back through evolution to become the "one" again. Maybe the parts all merge back like the drop into the ocean but none of the parts can ever know that this is happening until they evolve into at least the human form. Some humans may be able to realize what's happening..maybe that's enlightenment? You see all this rigamorole about whether we survive after death is a moot question. Maybe there is no "you" in the first place..maybe what you're trying to claim as "youness" is only grid at the stage of it's existence in this primitive human form..wake up! the joke's on us! there's only grid!
