Dogs or Cats?

I love animals and when questions like this comes up its pretty hard for me to decide. But I’ve grown up with dogs my whole life, so dogs would be my choice. They’re like your friend and family. Cats are awesome but dogs, I’d say, are my choice.

Cats and Dogs have four legs. They are both very fun, love to be pet, and love to be played with. Yes, Cats are more “Smart” more Quiet, and more calm. Yes, dogs are more Playful, Loyal, and loud. These two are the complete opposite, they are the ying and the yang. Cats and Dogs should be both loved equally, and they should both be in the same household (in my opinion) because….well… when a Dog gets TOO rowdy..and YOU just want to calm down, grab your cat and pet him/her. When your cat is being too lazy, and you just want to play with your animal, grab your dog and run around.
Ying/Yang Cat/Dog…they should be loved equally, but everyone’s different.

dogs are smarter they are less annoying they play with you more, you can take them for a walk you can put them in your car without the fear of your seats being scratched to bits (though they may be chewed) you can excercise with them and they do not bother those who don’t like them on purpose like cats do. sorry if i seem bias but i have 3 dogs and absolutely despise cats beczuse they will not leave me alone, i will never hurt a cat but i will never own a cat either.

I like both but cats are a lot easier. Although some dogs are nice, all cats are because they can’t kill you (unless they have rabies). Dogs can be trained to kill people (not chi hua huas obviously… lol). Basically, allowing some dogs into your house is allowing almost savage animals in your house. Cats are much nicer.

I think this is a very shallow question, and I don’t understand why it is on this site. Having said that, definitely dogs because if both of these animals were humans, dogs would smile and cats would glare.

Just answer me this, have you ever heard a story about a person being attacked by a cat?!... no?....
Dogs are dangerous! Dogs are always biting people for no reason and can cause serious harm.
I personally prefer cats to dogs because of this.
Including the fact that I am scared of dogs!...
In fact I get nervous about most animals because they are so unpredictable.

It seems to me all cats act like females, generally bitchy, self centered, always getting what they want. Dogs are generally more like guys, wagging their tails when they gain affection, barking at random people, especially the mail man. So dogs, because I'm male.

I love horses and horse-back riding too. Horses give u a sense of strength, sincerity and speed. Rabbits r also very swift and delicate. Both these creatures are cute, healthy and harmless and contain beauty and tenderness.

My calico is nine years old. Got her at a shelter and she has helped me to grow up and learn how to take care of her. She is very smart in getting what she wants. If I were a CAT, not a stray, I’d have everything I ever wanted and more.

cats are a superior being, to whom we mere humans owe obedience. Dogs serve mankind, but mankind lives to serve the cat. If we are faithful and kind to felines in this life, we may be rewarded by being reincarnated as cats ourselves in the next!

Cats seem to like to scratch and bite people for no reason. Dogs will try to kiss you and jump on you, but they're loving and never hurt you if they're at all trained. I'd have to say dogs, because I don't personally like being scratched.

Cats don't jump up on you, slobber all over your face, etc. They are better at showing their affection, are (for the most part) quiet, get rid of insects and other household pets, and they are cute, cuddly, cute, adorable, cute, fluffy, cute, and have big eyes that can see in the dark. Did I mention they are cute?

I prefer dogs. THey are bigger and more fin. Cats scratch alot. Don't get me wrong, I love cats as well, espessially since durring my whole life I lived only two years without a cat in the house.
