Nightmares.

what makes a nightmare a nightmare?

  • Difference!

There's a difference between dreams, bad dreams, and nightmares. Dreams are just that, dreams. They're confusing sometimes but they aren't scary. Bad dreams at scary...that's all. Nightmares are like the mother of all bad dreams. They shake you to the bitter core of your soul. They feed off your insecurites and stuff them in your face. They aren't stupid to you when you wake up, when you think of them when you're conscious they still scare you.

  • This is the mare who comes in the night

A dark horse that brings your fears in its' hoofbeats.

Truly though; A nightmare is always seated in insecurity.

Something you may fear, but many times are not sure what it is you do fear. subconciously the fear comes forth in dreams.

solution: have no insecurities. Be confident in all you do and are and the nightmares cease.

  • Not all of them

Sometimes nightmares are dreams where you can't wake up, and run around trying to look for an escape, and can't figure it out.
