NSA, home of national security. Do you think it is wise that they have all access to whatever we do online with or without a court signature? That they can tell you anytime or date you looked at something barbaric on the computer, and that they have every right to read your emails coming in and out of your hard drive? What is your opinion? Especially if your an American. And Im not here to critisize, just to listen.

techinquely it is just like putting your trash on the side walk, once it's there, its free game. we leave traces everywhere we go online, tiny bits of data, if they catch it in the web, without going onto your personal computer, it is totally legal.
course i dont agree, i think that does have its uses though, that is like finding a certain 1mm thread in fabricland.

I'm not thrilled to know they are watching but quite honestly, I'm not doing much of anything so let them get their eyes or ears full for all I care. I do not plan to drool all over child porn or do stupid stuff online. I do not plan on calling the president of Iran either. Unlike some I can police myself on the net as well as on land lines and cells. If them watching me surf allphilosophy or listening in to a converstaion with my Grandmother tickles their fancy then go for it. I personally don't care. If it will help them catch one person who is not able to police themselves online or who cannot overlook the temptation of money from a terrorist to hurt someone then yes....I'm all for it!!!!!! When you are fighting a non-conventional war then it calls for non-conventional measures even if it means listtening in.

what's the differance between the gov. doing this or some dirtbag co. putting a tracking cookie on my computer. if thay are going to use it for counterterrism then i guess i'm ok with it.

you know i think its kinda funny if they listen to my conversations. They'd get a pretty good laugh out of it. Nevertheless, the NSA knows what they're doing. So hey? I can't complain..
