My teacher is unbeliveable!

Teacher A: "student x has been so hard to control and i'm sorry if i made you sad or mad beacause Student x has given me so much stress"

Now is that low?He wasn't even in the class!Teacher A blames student x for her being rude because of all the "STRESS" she said he had caused her!
