On X-3, Proffesor X asked his students if it would be right to take the consious mind of a dad of three, happily married, but who has terminal cancer into the body of a man who is perfectly healthy but is completely brain dead, in other words a vegtable. What's your take?

Personally I hated X-3. Stan Lee really sold out big time. But mind you I've been following the comic since I was 12. But one thing you have to think about is this. If someone is brain dead its because their brain has shut down. You would just be transfering someone into a usless body. Although, this power would be great in leading people out of comas.

That is a hard question - X-3 spoiler followingVoted for by Kazrith.
WARNING SPOILER - well if you ask the Proffesor, he thinks it is ethically right since he transfered his consciousness into the vegtable you see at the beginning of the movie.

It was an emotional movie that made me think
I saw it at a Dollar Theatre recently. I silently cried when I thought "No Jean don't kill the proffesor!" There were so many other scenes that were sad,but very good. I actually waited for the credits to end and found that the proffesor is not dead. He woke up at the school's hospital. I thought "what? How did you survive after being blown into smithereens?"Please register or login to comment! It's totally free
