Is honesty itself manipulation?

So much more can come out of lie than simply telling the truth.

    I hate lairs but I do manipulate honesty. I do this to most of the time if not all to save face because it is well known that I hate lairs. Why do I manipulate honest? Because the whole truth would be a lie. The manipulation of honesty have help me play on the minds and hearts of others. I’m not proud of it because it has back fired. But I’ve gotten so good at it, its hard not to.

    Honesty...It is just the hardest thing for a human to do if it forced upon them. I dont think honesty is capable of self manipulation due to the fact that honesty is what it is... Too honest to manipulate anything...Honesty is Honesty...anything else is just a mere twist of the human mind.

    the problem with ppl who are honest all the time is they know they can use that against someone else. who are you mare careful about, the one that lies all the time or the one that is honest all the time. a honest can almost get away with his lies if he ever does them because he is known for honesty. a lier wont if he is known for lieing. honesty in of itself gives ppl confidense in you and that is what is manipulative.

  • What does one consider to be honesty?
    Being able to map out how the other will interpret what you say is all that is important. You can say a truth, knowing that they will interpret it as a lie for instance, through this you realize that a pattern of truths can create a false interpretation. manipulation is possible through honesty
