Rock or Country?

ALRIGHT HERES THE GEST

Everyone has their own opinion about music. Like example, I LOVE ROCK! So is country redneck? Hillbillie style? Is rock just crsh music, big bangs? Redneck? WHATS YOUR OPINION??!

  • soft rock

all the stuff that I can listen to amazing lyrics. country does have its good songs but i find that they do not have the amazing lyrical and the right sound to make a good song. hard rock i just cant really understand what they say.

  • not just these.

honestly i am very very diverse when it comes to music. I grew up listening to country music, but then again i am VERY into rock and metal ect... but those aren't the only classifications of interests as far as music goes that you can use to seperate opposite interests in music choice. i listen to rock, metal, death metal, underground, rap, country, all oldies, soft rock, alternative, reggae, R&B, emo, screamo, techno...pretty much anything. I, personally, do not base my music choice on the GENRE of music, but rather the various songs i enjoy. i can love a country song and at the same time love a rock song just as much, not because of the genre of music it represents, but the beat, music, message, and delivery of that message through song that it's listeners interperet from it. I think many people have the same opinion as mine, but usually only go by saying they like rock, or country, ect... but can people who say they like country tell me that they will absolutly enjoy EVERY country song that exists for the mere fact it represents that particular area of music interest? I didn't think so.

  • METAL

metal is the best i think so because of all the angry screaming and heavy thrashing on the guitars is what gets me going. everything is put together so nicely. it takes alot of work to put together a heavy metal song. in my opinion although i do like country. metal is my thing

  • And...

Rock some more...LOL. j/k. Country is real good too. It depends on what you like. Country is more...life experience funny, love, types of things. Rock is..rock...rock is. YOU SEE! it is unexplained. Well it's in the heart. Rock lies in the heart. It's what it is. Country lies in the heart too. Though both of them are different. They both speak loudly.~ for a better review ~

  • Rock, but whatever works.

I love rock music. It's almost a passion for me, because I think that lyrically and musically it all comes together perfectly. HOWEVER that isn't to sya that rock is better than country, it's just what I choose to listen to. People who listen to country like it, too, so whose to say what's better? Reality is different for each person

  • did you know

that a good third of the music out there is really country is just that country comes in so many flavers that it sometimes and most of the time ppl who dont really listen to contry get it confused with other genres. i find that really funny actuall. most ppl have atleast a third of their personal music being country and didnt know it.

  • everything goes

i listen to everything from rock to country and rap. in my opinion no one is just fully into one genre of music. there's a dominate genre in our tastes for sure, but everyone here has found a few things here and there in other sounds of music that they like. i grew up listening to more rock and metal and its my favorite thing to listen to. i dont like all the music in that genre because i agree - some of the things that have come out of metal are really hard to understand lyric wise but what gets me is their musicianship. country is the least of my favorites because im not really into love or patriotism and alot of the common themes country musicians use. i can say that country has wonderful lyrical sense when i do find a song i like. every genre really has their good and bad points. no one hates ALL of it.

  • Anything but Rap

I enjoy all types of music; rock, blues, do-wop, metal, country... anything but rap. Frankly, I have a hard time even considering rap as music.
