  • Rights, ethics or regulation?

Is it ethical to advertise products that kill? No. Cigarette commercials would be un-ethical, as there is no benefit whatsoever to smoking. Alcohol is advertised, but in the wrong ways, at times.

Is false advertisement acceptable? Clearly not acceptable or ethical and against the law usually.

Rights or laws that regulate this? Again ethically speaking; they should not use that right. a good leader is a trusted leader. Too bad they are so scarce.

Lying and or withholding information is not trustworthy and causes the perpetrator to lose respect. Leaders or business owners that are not trusted, end up surrounded by the untrustworthy.
