How to improve you/my interpersonal relationship?

  • How to improve you/my interpersonal relationship?

When someone is a perfectionist, has OCD, always criticize others, even he/she does't mean to do so,very sensitive, has social phobia, afraid of high places, high neuroticism, low agreeableness, low extraversion, low creativity and has high conscientiousness and high openess, don't like to watch movie in the cinema, only watch DVD at home, don't like to go outside, never swim because water is dirty, don't like computer games (e.g. X box)as it's a waste of time and money, don't wanna buy books because money is the most important, don't like dating because it occupies so many times and $ again.........but he/she really wanna change into sociable person, but she/he can't do it.......hard....he.she feels uncomfortable when meeting others...........

How do you feel of or think about this person?

Is he/she not suitable to live in this world?

And how can he/she have a better social life?

  • Controversial advice

Come up with a massively confident and extroverted alter-ego who always uses a nickname to differentiate himself/herself from the real person and to convince someone it is an act. When this person see how successful this 'act' is socially, then he/she will probably lose their social hangups. Many actors and performers use this technique and though it may sound controversial to the 'be yourself' lobby but it has worked for me on occasions.
