Discovering the true religion
There are two theories regarding our existence; Big Bang: According to the Big Bang theory, space and time were formed in a huge explosion of energy called the Big Bang about 14 billion years ago. This was the creation of the Universe. The big bang theory has a very low probability and a lot of variables that needs to be taken into consideration. This theory has only partial information, in comparison with God. It is possible that God and Big Bang theory could run concurrently. If in fact the God and Big Bang theory ran concurrently, there would also be no need for God. (If big bang exists)
God: No solid evidence can be provided that God exist from whatever religion. The probability is much bigger then the Big Bang theory so we assume by experience and probability, the creation has no flaws and that some sort of higher power God created us, earth and so forth until we can prove otherwise. God does not play dice – Albert Einstein.
What Religion. There are approximately 22 major religions though not all different it’s still essential to find the correct religion. It is necessary to believe in the correct and the only religion that is written by God. God is the only one that can tell us good from bad. Tell us the purpose of life. Tell us the future and so on.
This Religion should consist of. This Religion should have Samples of everything because any sentence can be misinterpreted. It should guide us (State good from bad, etc.). It should have proof of all the verses or sufficient proof to support a verse to exempt it from other Religions.
Finding this Religion. Rational thinking is required. Also every thing is possible until we have proof it is not or the probability is low enough for us to take no notice of. In addition we need a set of Laws. (Rules of Logic). This set of rules will guide us in finding this religion. Theoretically every verse should be judged as a basis and efficient proof should be provided for this verse. This includes every verse of all religions. Practically this is impossible. It’s only necessary to examine verses that will prove of some use. For example if we prove that the majority of the verses can be proved wrong, we will assume that this religion isn’t correct and there is no use believing in it. Furthermore the religion will have no credibility this works vice versa.
The importance in finding this religion. This will be at variance. Individual Preferences.
Why every religion need’s to be reviewed thoroughly. Logical thinking is a bare necessity. For example: If we say that the Bible (Christian) was written by people inspired by God. This can either be true or false. If true then we will assume that the Bible was in fact written by God. If false then we can say the Bible is a mere fairytale. This leaves us with a 50% probability. That’s why every verse needs to be reviewed as a basis. We can’t judge a religion by just a few verses. In making the decision the following should be considered; • The importance of the decision • The probability of the information we rely on and the probability of the result we need to achieve from the decision • The cost of the decision
Everyone belongs to a religion. If you’re a non-believer (Atheist) you are also religious.

They've tried it before...Voted for by Auxiliar.
There are renditions of Frenchmen during the Revolution trying to create their own religion devoted to the permanence and beauty of nature. I don't know the name, and the reason is that it failed.
Religion, as an economic, social, and political tool, works best when it unifies regions at a time and cultures at a time and then stops expanding. When it isn't a tool of this sort, then the credent tend to be more apathetic and will make it a tool in one way or another.
The concept of the one true religion is the concept of the one true culture, or inter-cultural force. The only way it could be otherwise would be if everyone compromised and came up with some amalgam of every god. Fortunately, this is the thinking of politicians, businessmen, and community leaders rather than of religious people. Freud, despite many of his more absurd propositions, believed that the Judeo-Christian god is a symbol of the paternal, an ideal father-figure who art in heaven. The children of God forced to share a father is bad enough, but children from across the persian gulf and in china are then asked, in this proposal, to amend their father with this father.
Though the heart of the argument is in the right place, it is an argument for city planners and normative economists, not for theologians. This is the argument for people like Oppenheimer, Planck, Heisenberg, Campbell, Levi-Strauss, Bourdieu, Zimmer, and other people who do understand the fallout of religions over religious thinking. To unify is to dissatisfy, and to dissatisfy a God-fearing person is to lose him.
If one were to create a true religion, then first of all there is no reason that it will stay true after the first of its leaders die. Second, people wouldn't recognize it the same way they would recognize a true religion. Third, for the previous reason, they wouldn't behave as though it were religion at all. Finally, it's easier for people to observe other religions and other cultures when they are agnostic and don't associate themselves with anything they believe to be the one true church.

Some thoughtsVoted for by mudgod.
Scientific: A.- Biogenisis shows that life must come from life. B.- Uranium ultimatly decays to lead (approx 4-5 million years I believe). Since all uranium has not all turned to lead, there could be no pre-existence of matter. Philosophy: If we are looking for an all powerful creator God, we must eliminate all religions that worship the creation instead of the creator. Personal: I am a bible believing christian. I believe that fulfulled prophecy is one of the strongest evidences of the God of the bible.

ah huhVoted for by grant.
prophecy is always fulfilled. It is self fulfilling. How predictable. How un-wonderous. how unsurprising. You are welcome to your prophecies.
