If one doesn't know about himself or herself, one can't love himself. Love yourself, sure you will not intend hurting others. If you feel that something will hurt you, think immediately won't it hurt others. Be empathetic and concerned, no doubt you can spread good waves around you!

If one doesn't know to introspect, how can he know others and their pain? Empathy grows within only when one knows 'who he or she is'. If you love thyself you will know how to love others. Others are as fragile as you at heart.
