I was browsing www.collegehumor.com earlier... in the hotlinks archieve, i found a link to a quite disturbing website: http://www.demonbuster.com/index2.html
I spent like 5 hours reading this, and the author of this site is obviously dead-set against anything not christian. anyway, the thing which disturbed me about this particular site was the misleading, and ofter outright false information they give. It truly worries me that whoever made this site is allowed to influence so many people through these malicous lies. Anyway, i'd like to hear what others have to say on this... like, does anyone else think a site like this is a genuine threat? or am i taking this a little too seriously?

I did not go to the site mentioned, so I can't comment on the site. However, when asked about what was to come at the end of this age, what was the first thing Jesus warned about? (Mat 24:3 And as he sat upon the mount of Olives, the disciples came unto him privately, saying, Tell us, when shall these things be? and what shall be the sign of thy coming, and of the end of the world? Mat 24:4 And Jesus answered and said unto them, Take heed that no man deceive you. Mat 24:5 For many shall come in my name, saying, I am Christ; and shall deceive many.). False teachers/preachers saying that Jesus IS God, yet deceiving many with false doctrines. Paul's admonition to ( 1Th 5:21 Prove all things; hold fast that which is good.). was never truer than now.

HhhhhmmmmmBound by superstition. They claim that candles of any sort are demonic, and that burning incense is bad. Well, they burnt incense in the Bible, and it was considered holy. It only depends on the purposes of the incense.20% Voted for by TeChNoWC, Dead Hair.
This site misleads readers from God's true purpose and I believe it itself is demonically influenced, by religion, bondage, superstition and false doctrine. -
crap and factVoted for by nanrek.
The website you mentioned is, like most of the other websites on the internet 90% crap and 10% fact. I`don't think it is no more or less harmful than any of the others.

not a threatVoted for by Energizer Bunny.
well I skipped over many different topics and I have to say I do not see a real threat. I honestly do not believe they are what I term a traditional Christian site. Even though I do see many things stated in the Christian belief, I also see many radical interpretations too. There are literally thousands of other sites that could and will do potentially more harm and influence far more people. I agree with some things they say but I also disagree with some of it too. All in all, whether you agree with their thoughts or not, I honestly do not see a real threat.

I'm not saying Christians should sit back and twidle their thumbs waiting for Jesus to come back but we dont' need to make sites advocating the annihilation of anything non-christian.
