most nights when i sleep i deram of past lives they seem so real and i know that im the person in this dream even if im not a person

I had a dream last night. In the dream I came to the realisation I was dreaming and so decided to wake up. I seemingly willed this dream to stop, by effort, to open my eyes. I woke up in bed, and was convinced I was truly awake. However, this just turned out to be part of the dream and I awoke yet again, this time supposedly in the real world. Both convictions that I was in the real world were as strong as one another. It's just that now I haven't debased this 'dream' because as of yet I have not woken in my bed again. Dreams, like percieved reality, seemingly just provide unassurance. Trust neither.
