i feel that it should be legalized because some people who have cancer might need to have it. =]

I think that if it is proven to have medical vallue , then it should be available to those with a perscription, and as ilegal as any other perscrition drug without one

bud is less dangerous than beer and cigarettes, their both legal. ive also never heard of any one having a pot overdose. most people can drive on weed just fine and are laid back. but if weed were legal it wouldnt be as fun, right? the only downfall is that it makes you lazy, even though i can still go to work, smoke weed and bust my ass landscaping. A big problem in the legal system is that alot of people are paying and sitting in jail because of the laws, the justice systems more about money than justice these days. i think the penalties for herb should be less than they are. who cares if it has a medical value any ways, how many people have you heard of that have a medical problem that didnt smoke pot until they got that problem, just another excuse.

it is legal in half of the world already. im not fighting for it but im not fightin against it, either. all those american "soccer moms" just dont know what MARIJUANA is and assume that its a psychotic/hallucination filled/holes in the brain provoking drug. since its labeled as a "drug" and is, pretty much, in the same category as cocaine, everyone who doesnt know any better automatically thinks its that bad. Especially those anti-drug advertisements on tv and magazines. "I shot my friend cuz i smoked pot, i ran over a girl, cuz i smoked pot". Those illusions are not true, they are to heavier drugs such as heroin, acid, crack, shrooms maybe, but not pot. If everyone smoked pot, world would have been the friendliest, nicest, and laziest place. If anything, it lowers violence, keeps kids out of the streets, and promotes arts. Alcohol, on the other hand, # 1 cause of car accidents and a big cause for a lot of physical fights. legal, illegal. whatever. half of america smokes pot, at least occasionally. so screw fightin for medicinal use, that brings on a whole different set of problems for this country. if fight, fight all the way. too bad pot-heads are too lazy to do anything about it, so i guess it will stay illegal for a while. In this case, we need a pot-head "ML King Jr" type, to start the revolution and then, im sure other grass smokers will join. and if the revolution is a success, at least half of the america's population will be truly happy.
