i don't think so because i read about them both and what family members and friends said about them and i don't think they would have gone threw with it if they were alone

  • Given human nature...

I would say that is very possible, but would want to know more about them before and after myself. I haven't really looked to deep into it. I can get a bit emotional about tragic things, so sometimes less you know can be less of a burden.

  • whatever happens

you exist. Everything that has happened through the history of this universe has resulted in your existance. That is all meteor attacks, various extinctions through time and world wars.

  • Maybe...

maybe not. Either of them could have met different people and gone through with it. If it was meant to happen it was going to happen as sad and tragic as it is.

  • what's important

What's important is that the nation would just have some other pair of disgruntled boys to worry about and add the the lexicon of political discourse. It is a tragedy to those involved, and it saddens any human being to hear of it. But, independent from this there were many such shootings in America at about the same time, and the difference to us is that we'd be giving a different name to similar tragedies and feel rather the same sickness for humanity. This is because we maintain some humanity as a mass culture, but only relatively.
