Well all have it... Lets define it.

    Stress is the confusion created when the mind must override the body’s basic desire to choke the living crap out of some person who desperately needs it! Agree?

    Stress is the external pressure placed on a person. Tension is the person's reaction to stress.

  • Short thought

    That's a bit off dear. If that was true, then people would not get stress from writing term papers, or from doing badly at something when they tried. In my opinion, stress is anything outside of the body that has an effect on how the mind or body works. Some stress is good, like education. Some is bad, often stimulated by the people that "need" choked, or by environments of dissapointment/higher expectations than one can meet.
