For me, it would have to be KierkegaardVoted for by TeChNoWC.
Not only did he assert to faith under a rather 'existential' existence, and the notion of taking such a leap, but he also formed such a passionate philosophy in the face of imminent despair (in which he is credited for one of the most accurate depictions of the word in his writings). His ability to show that reasoned, teleological arguments for God's existence are against the scriptural doctrine of faith is also a key step in the revival of fallen skeptics.
Although I do disagree with some of Kierkegaard's findings and viewpoints, he came to such conclusions on the basis of his own individual walk, and such conclusions are still admirable in the face of adversity, and do show through some hidden meaning relative to the time, especially his attacks on religious christendom in Denmark of the era.

Its Alan Watts. He comes to no conclusions as "it" is and has been "concluded" before existance. As he states in the last words in his book "The Wisdom of Insecurity in an Age of Anxiety (1951), "It is finished".

Nietzsche!!!!!!!!!!!!!!Voted for by Stella Cadente.
He was just extraordinary, love him and his theories (although he changed a bit when he was about to die).
