Jesus isnt a god to be worshiped, but should be respected and honered next to only god himself i believe. Jesus was a teacher and a man. maby a divine man or son of god, but still a man. He asked for everyone to worship his father and keep his commandments. So yes in my opinion, worshiping jesus higher than god is a sin, but he still deserves praise. and i dont think god will hold you as a sinner for worshiping his son anyways, i wouldnt if people worshiped my son haha. And i also dont think jesus and god were the same person as a whole, because when jusus died on the cross how did god forsake him for a moment, i mean did he just forsake himself or what? I believe if you do what you think is right and have jesus as your savior, unless jewish or muslim, you arent a sinner anyways. Jews and muslims have their own relationship with the all mighty.

You have to understand the message of Jesus Christ. His prime message was that a man can achieve God status. This is what people, especially Christians, will never get. YOU are the son of God. When the commandments says that "you should have no other gods before me" it is saying that you should worship only your True nature, which is God. Jesus was just an example of you and me. AN EXAMPLE of what you can be. But as soon as you worship a God outside of you, you not only break the commandments but you also disobey Jesus because, again, his message was that YOU are the son of God. He came to that realization 2,000 years ago. Many, including me, have come to that same conclusion since.

As the other guy said up there, thou shalt not worship false idols. Jesus is nothing more than a man who spread a belief. only after the council of nicea did jesus become officially divine. before that he was just a man. i believe that jesus should be made a man again.

The first two commandments are "Thou shalt have no other gods before me," and "Thou shalt not worship false idols." Isn't raising Jesus to the divine status given to him by Christians disobeying these commandments?

This Religion Everything that is said, Scripts Moives everything, its just Fashion now. My Opinion on religion is this.
The Bible Speaks Of Heaven and Hell, God will punish you for doing this and vice versa, To My Eyes when I Actually Read the bible it clicked, This book is not actually about journeys and a so called super being.
Its representing Human Life. The bible to me is put through a one person perspective... The Phrase 'God' Means a Individual person The Phrase ' Heaven' Means Good and the same again for The Phrase 'Hell' Means Bad
Think About it You Control Your Life, your make your world, and like was said in the bible god made ours.
When You Save Someones Life you get praised and gifts - 'Heaven' Happiness comes to those who are kind
When you muder someone you get sent to prison ' Hell' - Sins
Does Anybody see What i am getting as here. The Book Is talking about jesus who was to himself a god and understood heaven and hell concepts of human kind.
We are god and we make our world we face heaven and hell no matter where we go.

Your second statement is correct. The second statement is incorrect.
The trinity is not a bible-based teaching. It makes no appearance in the bible at all. The doctrine wasn't imagined up until the 4th century. No bible-writer or true christian believes in the trinity. If you ask me to show you indisputable scriptures and historical research then I can show you as much as you'd like. But its up to you to take it to heart.November 11, 2006

Read, Galations 14:13 and Matthew 28:19. Evidence? Don't believe, oh well. My whole church believes in the trinity, so do many Catholic churches. My church is Pentecostal church, I can show you many scriptures in the bible, but you don't have to believe.November 11, 2006
