Is This Right?

My high school English teacher said that she is Jewish. She said that she would marry her boyfriend if he proposed to her despite the fact that he is a Christian. Is it best or right to marry someone who is a different religon than you?

  I think that she should marry a man who is also Jewish. I'm not trying to be racist, but I get along with people who are also christians.

    It doesnt matter what religion someone is, it matters whether you love them or not. Sure it would be easier to marry someone who had the same religion but if thats all your making your decision on you could be missing out on something great.

    people who believe in the bible usually believe in soul mates. so what happens when your soul mate is of a different religion? do you live aife of chosen solitude? or do you break the shackles of religion and fall inyo the arms of you one true love? i donno about you, but to me the choice isnt hard

What is it about other religions that makes you incapable of getting along with them, and how could you possibly get along with ANYONE who is part of a religion you like?

    Well if you're a Christian the bible does say it's okay to marry someone outside the faith, just not exactly a WISE thing to do. Marriages with opposite religions can be difficult. But not impossible. While I think it isn't a smart thing to do, it's not the WRONG thing to do as far as I know.
