Is there such thing was someone who is perfectly happy with their life? Are they perfectly happy with themselves? If so, then why?

nothing or everthing?
happiness is simply what you make it out to be. there are different things that make different people happy. in my opinion true happiness comes from deep within us. in acceptance of what we are and what we have. people who have nothing can be happier than the people who have everything. true happiness is dreaming of what you know you will never have but being fine with it and not pining over it.

Perfection?
Probably not, the ecstasy of heaven (and/or the aspiration thereof) would have to be the only true state of perfected happiness (i.e everlasting limitless joy). Happiness is considered to only co-incide with conditional factors, while joy is the inner mental construct of non-inhibted happiness regardless of situation. I can remember having a cross between joy and happiness that seemed fairly perfect, when I was really young. However, it was still fairly conditional.

Yes.
One may be at peace with the world, yes. Only when you're at peace with your own views on the world and your own opinions make perfect sense to you.

Yep
Happiness is only being completely sure of what you should do. Anybody living in a place where they will never again be challenged by anything, you can say they are happy where they are.

I don't think so
I think that everybody does have some flaw in their life. If it seems like they're happy on the outside, somewhere deep inside, they must be battling with some kind of problem or situation they might not feel comfortable sharing with others. Some people may achieve their dream life or goal but then, it would be too perfect and the person may feel like they don't fit in. Look at the celebrities. They got their dream life but are they truly happy? Underage drinking, eating disorders, and eventually jail time. Is that happy? Even when poor people who are happy have to suffer too. With ongoing bills and jobs, their lives have become a whirlwind too. Especially with the America being doted as, 'Debt of America', this makes situations way worse. Nothing is perfect in life and by the way of things, nobody can be perfectly happy.
