jesus dieing

a god dieing not by his choice? perposterous! rewrite that history book
  • Jesus dieing for our sins?
In the old days, it was thought that one died if they accumulated too much sin. Now a man, presumably without sin dies? what is the next correlating thought for the simpleton? (keep in mind he was thought to be a god incarnate) ofcourse, the commoner would think he died for them.

hypothetically, this is where the myth of jesus dieing for our sins came from.
