    The pedophile only viewed child pornography, not molested any children. The judge had to make a decision. Perhaps he had to make a choice between the pedophile and a murderer. Besides, being listed as a sex offender is an end to a person's social life.

    That's ridiculous that he wouldn't lock up a sex offender, but locked up someone selling pot for medicine to sick people. Bottom line, all broke laws, so lock'em all up. Done deal.
