I just through out this idea for people to ponder not to start a fight.

Agnostic?I consider myself to be a Christian however I've always come to the same vexing question everytime I think about the omnisance of God.33% Voted for by Nathan Explosion, dollar.
God is all powerful could not God if he disired be anything he wanted? Could God not if he wanted present himself in any form he thought was fitting?
Could all realigions just be different interpretations of the same God by different peoples?
Multiple Gods, could God have not multiplied himself? Could "lesser" Gods have simply been angels?
So is claiming that one interpretation is the correct interpretation, in a sense claiming that you understand God and know his limitaions? So infact claiming that God is limited to one form is an insult to Gods power?
THE RULES WE GIVE
Could our condemnnation of people who sin be a profound offense to God? Could not God change his own rules? Is God obligated to tell us if he did? Is God not capable of wimsy?
So is it not true that god could choose to save whom ever he feels like whether humanity finds them good or bad(however I do wish he choose "fairy")? Is it not true that God makes the rules, God can break the rules?
So would it not be true that to say that someone is going to hell we are assuming that we understand the judgment of God and are in fact insulting the power of God?
So, is it not possible that in fact, Agnostism be the most respectful to God, in that is fully respects that God can be who, and what ever he wants?
Its a thought. -

Organised religioninvents god. It is a mental construct. It is an expression of disease (un-ease).Voted for by grant.

God made the rules and He Himself must live by them. He has told us the way to be saved based on those rules. If He changed those rules midstream, He would be a liar, therefore sinful, and God cannot abide sin.

I think, People around the world take the interpretation of this supreme being then creates there own variation of religion which suits there culture best. I see it like this, All the religions around the world make up the pieces to the puzzle. All these pieces make up the whole which is the same common belief of a supreme being.

About sin...
If God is all good and God, without the ability to make mistakes and without the madness to have create such a thing as evil, created everything, Then everything must be good no? Why would God create evil? Things only become "evil" when humans name it so.mudgod

My views on belief may be insulting to God, as it is marginally self induced, but I am presented with a reality that simply cannot portray itself enough to produce any sort of knowledge. This breeds complete agnosticism (null state). Belief is the escape from this, other than the conviction conjuring affects of the mind, which are in effect destroyed by philosophical introspect anyway (should one pursue long enough). I need to simply trust in the God I know, and not the God I don't (and that could possibly be). I do not know that God. Tis a pity, but I have made my choice.

Finally
You summed it up very nicely, without being self-righteous.You made very valid points.Get your bible ,any good christian would not be caught dead without it..ha!ha!.Look in Genesis right ater Adam and eve eat of the tree of knowledge of good and bad but right befor getting thrown out.God is thinking to himself and worries that since eating the fruits they have knowledge to rival God's.He then decides to throw them out befor they eat of the tree of life and live forever and be a God as one of US.tHERE ARE MANY REFERENCES MADE BY GOD HIMSELFthat refer to him not being the only one.Trueblueliberty

By the way mudgod, you are a little confused with your theology. You have misinterpreted some important issues.
