What in the world, why do you believe in God?

I just figured something out, and it is drifting away fast, so I have to make it quick.

    people talk of the big bang theory. i belive in evolution. there where dinosaurs out side of eden. all this things did not start its self. somthing does not come from nothing. somthing created this. somthing organized created everything.

  • Matter of choice

    Now a days you’re not killed if you dont believe in god, Theres no way of proving if he exists or not so religion is just one big opinion basically, its a faith that people get hope and strength from and a sense of guidance. Killing of atheists is very unjustified and even insulting is unjustified, You cant prove that god is real so why are you trying to defend, because you’re scared that someone is gonna prove you’re religion wrong, but how do we know if there is a god, so killing or insulting of believers is very unjustified, but no one understands each other. Hypothetically an atheist and pope can be best friends and not have any problems if they understand the fact that we dont know if there is a god in my opinion. It’s merely a matter of choice to believe in god or not.

    i strongly believe in God and in Jesus Christ being our savior. Most people who judge religion/christianity don’t know anything about it. I guess i just don’t see how people can criticise something they know nothing about.

  • Authorize, whatz up?

    In my case; my parents were not at all close to the reason, especially not my father. I saw a preacher on TV, at three years old and that is when I knew, what I was to become. God interacts with me, He answers every question I ask Him, He directs me and it always works perfectly for me, God Performs His grace and love, through me, He comforts me the second I turn and cry to Him. THat is WAAAAAYYY more thasn enough, for me to know He is not only believable, but absolutely trustable!!

    is false. Let them first look into one dilemma:
    What wiseman?, has ever saw a deal/bargain more valuable than gold and thought; It is an illusion because it is way over there and though I hear, it is not seen. Yet, I keep hearing it is eternal and more valuable than gold! I will choose NOT to believe these tales, so outlandish! Why try and find it? why waste my time? After all, I never look at a proerty before I buy it either!

  • The main reason you do

    Is because, you only followed it because it says honor thy mother and father, and they’re the ones who told you to follow them, but in many ways, of course you have to follow them, they’re the ones who created you. People always said, Father and Mother knows best, so you believe in what they believe in. But many don’t don’t so, you started out young, but then you believe in some stuff but, don’t believe in as much as they do, so you start praying and what do you know, some sort of miracle happens, but what about spirits, still keeping your hopes for God, so you won’t have to believer in them. But they also can be angels to. But you know, when I look up in the sky, I feel a little humiliated, because all I am looking at is nature, and the clouds, waiting for an answer, that will never be replied to me. And this is what I have said before, God was created in the mind, not as a physical belief, many people have seen ghosts, but I have not, many people believe in God, but they never see Him. Many people, believe that Jesus was born as the Son of God, but you never know, people didn’t have much beliefs back then, they never knew about magic tricks, I don’t know that for sure though, maybe they did.l But I do get it now.

    When you believe Jesus can be the voice to plead your case and then ask for Him to be yours and forgive you of the past: the spirit in you is filled with something new! Heaven is a free gift, is it not bought or sold, lest a person will boast. Given to anyone who asks for it, no strings attached. You WILL finally have accurate and unerring senses! God will make you MORE than just a human being. Don’t you see? Gos , your Father is replacing a piece of your energy that Adam and Eve took from you.

God , your Father is replacing a piece of your energy that Adam and Eve took from you. He(God) is trying to get rid of the curses all in seven days(7000). Jesus was BIG BOOST that connected us back in communion with God. Once you believe this and ask it to yours; God will always be there, to show you just in the niche of time, what to do about all things, that come.

    And the Spirit of God is the meat. When you are ready and your spirit has grown in Christ, you are then baptized in watrer to show publically; that you are ready to serve as a servant ot god(not slave). It is, a Desire in you, to show this wonderful gift to others.

    ..God is out dere i mean how can u explain all the theories all the miracles out there dat ave appened??? ok maybe there is a science theory out there! but dat dusnt explain it all!like hey look at everything around u..everything is ordered the way it all takes place its not by chemical reacstion dat appened! its coz God created it all! the perfect timing of day an night! the way the planets orbit the sun! just look at a loths wings and the design on it!i finks dats enuf all u gota do is open ur eyes alittle an ul see it all!   • Disprove God's existance

    Instead of trying to prove God's existance, try to disprove it. In a vast universe full of things you do not understand, how do you KNOW for certain that God does not exist? Unless you can claim to understand the universe and humanity has learned everything there is to be discovered about even just the planet they live on, its more naive to say God doesnt exist than it is to say that God does. No one can even PROVE or DISPROVE existance of bigfoot (humor), much less God.

    With that said, which side would you rather be on? Ones that believed God and was later proven wrong? or the side that DIDNT believe in God and was later proven wrong?

    Well... i don't believe in 'god' as such, but a large variety of deities. I think it's still applicable. Anyways, i believe in these dieties because when i recognized the fact of my depression, faith was the tool i needed to fight it off. Since i didn't feel like having faith in some magical flying hippo, I decided it best to believe in these deities.

  • Why Don't You Believe In God?

    I just can not understand why people don't believe in God. Just to see the mighty trees grow so tall and full of leaves. To hear the birds sing, to feel the sunshine on one's face. This just didn't happen. There is a Supreme Being and I believe it is the Triune God of God the Father, God the Son and God the Holy Spirit. It isn't just what I can see, hear, or tast or smell. It is a peacfullness that is deep inside me that tells me God Is Love, Truth, Light,Foregiveness, Understanding. A person can tell God anything. It is a one on one relationship. I could write more but I believe this makes a statement.
