Wouldn't killing a baby after it is born be better at determining life value than before birth, after certain life conditions have been assessed? Thus, it would avoid having to kill as many life potentials as is, and allowing those with successful and happy lives ahead of them to not be shunned from existence by someone else's stupid decision.
This would also indicate that, even though we regard killing a human worse than killing a fetus, euthanasia is actually more morally acceptable than abortion, as euthanasia promotes less unnecessary deaths, and eliminates the ideation of 'situation cursed' invoked justification.

?What do you think, the doctors are GUESSING about the diseases the fetus has? Then it comes out and they're like "Holy crap! It's NOT a dying rhino, it's a healthy baby boy! I was way off..."75% Voted for by Weydon, Gaz H, Paradoxx.
Let's let the fetus develop into a fully grown human baby, have the mother go through 9 months of pregnancy, the risks SHE gains from pregnancy and birthing, have her develop even greater mental attachments to it, THEN kill it. Just to make sure the doctor wasn't rolling dice and reading the stars when he said "Your baby will be horribly diseased"

I hardly care enough to ask, but since you're so insistent on it, what are you talking about? Is this some famous quote I don't know, or are you bragging about multiple languages for no reason? All I can possibly assume from my poor translation is that you're saying fetuses don't have genes, which I'm sure you're not saying. How about explaining?

I think the "euthabortions" they're talking about are when the kid will end up being braindead or something. Not if they're not blond haired, blue eyed, and amazing gymnists.

VERY long. While admittedly they share some very basic concept in the distant background, they are completely different subjects. It's like saying "Well if you believe God will provide, how long will it be before people stop eating and drinking?!"
"There are many lessons that the "healthy" can learn from those deemed less so. "
Like how to become horribly depressed at looking a braindead child filled to the brim with tubes and machines, and the only action it commits is soiling itself and possibly throwing up?
"(and you know I believe that life begins at conception and abortion is murder.)"
But in this case it would be abortion vs euthanasia instead of abortion vs murder.

However, I believe abortion should always be the mother's choice, and euthanasia of a born child both parents decision under clear doctor recommendation and consent.
