What is music to me?
A question I can't even begin to answer, music to me is everything, and I can't live without it. Music is what I love to do, listen to, be a part of. Listening to music can be just like getting lost in a book, its an adventure. I don't know how to describe what music is to me, because it is too much for just words.
Hopefully to the world it is the same thing, but I have the feeling that more often music means a few different things to people, one of those things being money which greatly saddens me.
The whole thing going on right now with the record companies vs. downloaders really dissapoints me, how can a 17 year old with no money truly feel bad about downloading songs from millionaire song writers. For love or money?
Way to appreciate your fanbase right? Because everything else they sell is so cheap(120 dollar concert ticket, 40 dollar tee-shirt, all needed price tags correct?)
So yah personally to me music is too much for words, but I think to a lot of people music doesn't mean what is used to. That it is less important to many.

In my opinion I think music has played the many roles in where the world is going and to where the wolrd has come from. Music can make the most dull situations into the most amazing things known to man. People make music and make money but one thing you can rest assure is that music is honest. It cant' be made unless you imbed in it real emotions and real events, otherwise the music has a very little chance of success. I think people make music to express themselves, as do people who write poetry. Music is poetry!!! but poetry just dosen't require a beat or a sound of an instrument, it is music that gives poetry a swagger, it gives poetry a more rebellious lifestyle. I love Poetry But Ilove music... I just don't know how to sing!!!
