Stop the madness!
This is the 21st Century, but it feels like a modern Dark Ages. The occupants of each cave are living in fear that the occupants of the other cave are going to club them to death. Didn't we build societies to prevent that kind of thing? Government must only take roles of protection of people, never should it be involved in harm, or it must be dismantled. Just as we do not allow individuals to assault other individuals lest they be removed from the general population, we must not allow nations, governments, or any organizations to perpetuate genocide on any scale.

Humans need conflict. Whatever it may be. I dont agree with war but it is pretty much always going to exist somewhere.
