Mr Robert Mugabe is the President of Zimbabwe and leader of the ZANUPF. He is in my opinion evil incarnate. He is single handedly killing all his people. Does anyone even know his name?

hmmm, so much for news coverage eh?
Indeed Mr Mugabe is/forever will be the President of Zimbabwe. The whole uproar began when good 'ol Robert decided that his country was too good for white farmers, and evicted them (forcefully), replacing the good men by his own (uneducated) farmers.
Now somebody with a bit of brains can see the problem here. I'll keep it simple: Good farmer go bye-bye, bad farmer comes in, there goes the food supply, land starves, Mugabe calls for aid from richer lands.
You see the irony here?
Anycase, that's my 2c...

He has been the President of Zimbabwe.....he is a fat person, and is perhaps dictator, not elected ruler.

...but the British presence had kept Rhodesia a peaceful and prosperous country. Although there may have been a perception of arrogance, it seems to me that typical black Rhodesians were infinitely better under Smith than when Mugabe and the rival gangs duked it out and slaughtered thousands of innocents. The ANC and other communist forces were all too eager to have a weak black government take over. Thank God South Africa had a smoother transition than that. Botha wasn't about to let history repeat itself.

the risk of sounding in favor of Him, which I am not, I think you all are missing the whole picture. It was a fair comment to say that the black Rhodesians were doing better under the Smith government however, I believe you might think this because back then, Zimbabwe was doing good as a country, by that I mean, the economy and so forth, the reality of it all is, the black Rhodesians weren’t better off at all, they couldn’t get any jobs higher than a managerial posts, in your own land by the way (this was actually a bill from the government) this meant they had to work in mines and other life threatening jobs, then sharing 2% of good the good land with millions of black Rhodesians, meaning the 5% of the white minority had over 98% roughly, of the good land, not to mention the segregation in schools, down to things such racism and prejudices. Not taking my opinions into account, what Mugabe is doing is trying to reverse that occupation factor in Zimbabwe; in his eyes he sees it as sacrificing a few for the next generations, I believe that if you, my good friends were presidents in that same situation, will do the same thing, just not the ways he is doing it.

Don't worry just do Good
The world will always contain good and evil equally. It's the distribution system which seems cruel. It makes me sad that you must endure such pain. Nonetheless you have the power of the Universe to propagate good and you must even if it kills you. Do good my friend and I will keep your pain in my thoughts so you are not so burdened.March 26, 2005
