How do you think the Earth is going to end?

Eventually, we're all gonna nuke the bejesus outta this place. Who can honestly believe that we aren't? We're down the path and there's no turning back. But, hopefully, some smart person will discover a place where we all could live before we blew that up too, to bad only the rich could flee the world ending.

    The world is going to end eventually…

    One day the sun will be burnt out, and then the thing will explode (supernova) swalling most of the planets around it… It’s also possible that it wont last that long, a comet or whatever can hit the earth, tearing it into pieces… stupid people making war can throw a billion of atomic bombs, the earth wouldn’t survive neither…

  • History repeats itself

    Look at the cycle of events throughout history, then compare that with Bible events and a numerical pattern begins to appear. Seven and Three. 7×7x7 times. seven thousand years is seven days, seven times it happens. then comes 21. 21 is the judgement day. 21 judgements will be poored out on the earth, performed on us in groups of three. 21 pieces of a comet collided with Jupiter over a six day period and the seventh was silent. The Bible says; What is done in Heaven is done on Earth. A comet followed the Isrealites into battle and struck such fear in their enemies hearts.

  • we will...

    the earth will end the day we take pollution and science too far. though i support scientists trying to find cures for diseases and make things a little bit easier i truly believe because of their work we will die off (in the far away future) and earth will lose all its plant life and die off with us…it is a simple concept but most people won’t accept that idea because science is for good, well the results that it makes can be devastating and might be devastating one day.

    Stars are balls of gas, when the gas is used up the star dies. The sun is a giant star, as soon as the gas has gone from the sun it will die, the earth will go with it. Earth cant survive without the sun!

  • Black Hole

    The earth will be around a whole lot longer than human beings; we will destroy ourselves far before we destroy our planet. The only way I could see the earth “ending” is if it were to be consumed in a black hole. All of the above only describes the end of humanity.

    i believe that the planet itself can only take so much, and that eventually we humans will make our own planet impossible to inhabitate, things like nuclear war, polution and exaustion of natural resourses will end our so called “civilized society”

    In my wild imagination :} I believe the earth will just continue on. On and on and on.

    At most – natural disasters and earths rocks turning and all that good stuff will wipe things out, including humans. But I do think it will repair itself and just startover with the survivors.

    Ponder this! Maybe the “saved ones” are really just whoever makes it through the natural disasters. ! Hypothetically anyway. Could be no?

  • It's not going to end

    The good ol’ third rock from the sun will always be here, I mean who has the right to say it will be destroyed? The bible doesn’t say so, regardless of what your preacher says (most preachers haven’t even read the bible) I didn’t say so and that’s all that matters.

    I think that humanity will kill itself off the planet by pollution or global warming, but I think earth will go bye-bye by being swallowed up by the sun when it becomes a red giant, andd if it is still there, then it will get swallowed up by the sun turning into a black hole (if that ever happens…)

    It is all in the Bible. Global warming is described from it’s beginning to end. So are many other events, that are occurring now. Global warming will not be an issue once the meteor dust covers the Earth and 6 months of no sunlight, also in the Bible.

    The earth will end in its perscribed time. According to the belief system of the world’s sematic religions, that time is drawing near; no one knows when exactly. All that is known is that many of the events that are currently recurring in different parts of the world are not merely recurring for no reason..they believe that they are signs from the All- mighty. These include, earthquakes,tsunamis,the increase in the population of gays and lesbians, the spreading of fornication and adultry..etc…

  • Only true "End of the Earth"

    The world has “ended” a number of times already; i.e. the Ice Ages, the extinction of the dinosaurs, etc. The Earth has recuperated each time and became hospitible again. If pollution or nuclear winter “ended” the Earth, it will eventually repair itself (though it may take a billion years). The only true “end of the Earth” is when the Sun of our solar system burns out and our solar system freezes entirely.
