All elements of Consciousness, but mostly to explore the meaning, definition, origin, state, and future path. Turning the intellect in on it's self.

    Q: is the info in a deer’s head to be considered “DEER”? That is.... is the electro chemical potentials considered to be in the manifest of what is called "a deer”.

    Deer meat is deer. Deer skin is deer. Are deer thoughts "Deer"? Is DNA and RNA the only info that is considered in evolution? Is only the info that propagates the physical meat of the animal to be the only info in the equation?

    Almost our entire race would be whipped out "IF" we were to not use "Any" information that was stored out side of our body when we are born. We are entirely dependant upon the body of stored knowledge that has been built since recorded history. The thoughts that we have been storing are us our consciousness is us. Not the body and DNA the bigger info. We are now mapping the DNA and be able to change it with this info. It won’t be us having thoughts, but the thoughts having us. Long story short... I believe that the information we've amassed and the technologies i.e. telephone, web, computer, radio, etc are extensions to the human beings. Marshal McLuhan was right that our creations are mimicking our nature.... telescope is an extension of the eyes, the car is legs, etc... But, even more so.... it is literally "Extensions" of our species. We are the only animal to store info crucial to the whole of the species "Outside of the body" For the most part the rest of the food chain relies on DNA to carry the info onward and when a change occurs to that DNA, it’s evolution. If the brain "AND" the info inside "IS" human. Then just like when a change occurs to the hand, it would be evolution of the hand.... For us, it's our brain.... we broke the "Body Barrier" back when we started talking and writing.

    Our brain (Now information outside) is evolving. They say the last evolution was when the brain attempted to make a bigger brain because "BRAIN GOOD". But, the larger head wouldn't fit out the birth channel. So the Fissures occurred and that gave the larger topographical solution to acquiring more outer layer cortex. So it couldn't fold more so it went outside. Having no more solutions for more thought production and storage inside the head… it went outside. Thus, the inventions and technology and body of stored knowledge has become the shared brain, but still part of us and evolving.

    We have evolved exponentially, but because it wasn't a foot or arm it was ignored. Possibly A.I. will require a seed rules that allow the data to be the "Control" of the sys. Not a program that uses and shuffles data according to some preconceived agenda but... data driving (Which ties into the problem of predestination and free will we have). If a brain cell has no idea what the thoughts are in our head then how could we know if all us humans hooked up on the web and communications aren't playing a metropolitan part in a larger concuss being? Say that the whole species has become concuss on a level that is not privy to us at the bottom level. If one took the electro chemical potentials of a mind and carefully placed it in container.... keeping the potentials intact.... it would be thinking. If we are making just larger more powerful imitations of the parts that make us up, eventually we would become a large brain. But, never knowing it happened due to the finite level of participation we have as individuals. Carl Jung believed there was a kind of “Race" memory that lay dormant in us as a underlying attribute. "Outwardly Mobile Evolution" would be an eckto-cognitive leap as the amino acids to an organism. Consciousness having no where else to expand on that large a scale... even though the wire and plastics are not "Alive" they would make up the ingredients for this greater entity. This is the evolution of consciousness not man.

    Thought is the calling of every human being, no mater how poorly or clumsy.
