Lies!

A lie is an untruth, a deviation, big or small, from what is known to be real. It is a false statement deliberately presented as being true, thus misrepresenting a situation or giving a totally wrong impression about something.

There are generally two types of lies - white lies, which do little or no damage, and black lies, which can do detriment to the deceiver or the deceived when the truth is found out.

So we know what lies are, but why?
  • Simple loss of self respect?
    In my opinion every MAJOR lier I knew, had very low self confidence, and loss of self respect, emotional issues, and had some trama in their life. But whether or not this influences if they lie is a big matter. Every one lies. We do it to impress, to protect, we do it without thinking, we do it period. So do people lie because they don't respect themselves? If they did would they still lie?

  • big words make thing sound naughty
    to lie it is generally considered a bad thing but why becuase you tell someone somethign that is not it is really there fualt for beilveing some one so dishonest of course everything owuld break down if we all started leing to each other but simple misdirection is really ok because trusting a dishonest man is just foolish
