People assume that because they are “in love” the distance will not matter.. but it definitely does. It’s damn hard not seeing the person you care about the most and it will potentially ruin your relationship. Now, I won’t say that they can’t work. It’s just really hard. If I were you I wouldn’t try it.

Well, I’ve found “online relationships” certainly don’t work; they’re just not the same and quite frankly, not as good or fulfilling as real-life ones. Granted, whether or not the two in the relationship are able to see each other can affect this, but generally, long-distance is difficult to maintain.

Personnaly im having the same problem ..and i dont know how to deal with it…but what i advise you to do is if you feel you could both work this out.. i mean manage to see eachother once a week or whatever then there’s hope…but once you stop seeing her ..that would be hard..i mean you cant base a relationship on how many times u call her to read her mails ..its more than that..you both need connection…dont u think its hard not seeing her ..not smelling her perfume on you ..not missing her eyes..her kisses.Now i don’t want to make things harder to you than they are but i think you should really think about it before u take any dicisions u may regret later on …If she thinks you should end your relationship..than she made her mind and realised that this way u both can start forgetting eachother once the wound is already small…im sure your going to regret it now but be sure that this is for ur best…if only i could tell this to myslef..he’s going away fr the summer and im starting to miss him already…good luck i wish u the best..be strong to whatver decision u take..

Long distance relationships are difficult, you need to be able to trust each other alot and if you don’t think you can do that then the relationship probably won’t work. If you think you’re in love deep enough that you can trust each other then you will be fine.

I used to think it didn't.But then i kinda got into a long distance relationship. we both tried but things were lacking and as sad as it is... we broke up recently! i guess it can work but in my case it didn't!
