A tandemm Hillary-Bill Presidency seems to be more transnational corporatism and socialism potentially...could they preserve U.S. national interests or rebuild them in economics and non-fossil fuel based energy independence?

Is it takes a village an anti-nationalist sentiment?
Nationalism is descried by transnationalists seeking to exploit Americans economically...every argument possible against American political self-interest is used to help Americans enrich global corporations, build infrastructure in China or India and run of vast federal deficits while remaining addicted to foreign crude oil and internal combustion engines for transport power..would a HillBilly Presidency do anything substantial to liberate the nation from fossil fuels and move to home power and electrical production with home fuel cells, wind and solar generation of electricity to charge one-minute reload automobile batteries for electric cars made in California?
