Does caffeine really inhibit cAMP-phosphodiesterase?

I was eavesdropping on a couple chatting on a Greyhound bus and this guy mentioned caffeine was strong inhibitor of cAMP-pde!!

At first i was a bit shocked and startled. Now, the more I think about it, the more it makes sense. I'm just not ready to give in so easily. What do you all think?

Well, whichever one is better for caffeine to have. Because caffeine is only good for you. It is your best friend. And no one can replace it.
