Is this world some Politician's dream?

Has this world become a dream? Is it possible that the current world we live in has shunned itself away from the basic world it used to be an become a censored dream, different from what we should be.

Day by day we live our lives, censored from the world. Is this the world we need to live in, or have we convinced ourselves that hiding the reality that things die, humans murder, we kill to survive, that children were never molested on a daily basis by their own parents before politicians stepped in and led us to a sheltered life where shedding blood to live is useless and everything we used to need to survive can become available by money?

    I believe we're watching some film, with Bush or whatever dictator or leader we've ever had at the helm with the role of Director. Our government chooses what it wants us to see and we take it as how reality is supposed to be. Since when did the mental health of a person matter, when did it become a requirement to exist in modern society. I believe we've turned reality into an illusion. We've turned reality into a place where people can injure themselves, cut themselves, tear themselves, because their survival doesn't depend on them to be constantly on the run from reality.
