how to change the world

• its all about a four letter word

  i have said it many times before and i will say it again (althoug i dont think i have said it here yet). "I will change the world for he better even if i have to do it one person at a time" ofcourse that always brings that all deliteful question. what is better. by the way the ppl who will change the world are us, everybody is us... believe it or not we are the only ones that have the power to change the world. we all keep thinking it has to be a certain someone in charge of everybody ant thats the only way to change things. that is a completely false statement... unless it comes from the ppl it will never reach everybody or be long lasting. and who is doing it? i cant do it alone, but if i have to i will. i will make sure that every person that truely gets to know me will see the world of a better future and how to get there. unfortunately i wont see the fruit of my labor for i am only one person that will affect those who are willing to listen, which are few. but hopefully those whom i will affect will then turn around and do the same. hopefully this will lead to each generation teaching the next a little at a time from now untill the world is gone and hopefully beyond that, so that one day nearly all will look at eachother and be awed by the mere fact of being here and the splendor of a new day to live, a new day to love. ahhhh... the petty dreams of a man fallen in love with LOVE.

    This is to say that love is making the world better, while the truth is wars can be caused over love. Helen of troy... Not to mention crimes of passion, rape, stalking, and so on.

        Obsession caused by love turning into a case of physical or mental mistreatment, take and case of rape, stalking and sexual violation and that's a perfect example.

    Have you ever felt or bared witness to the true meaning of love without it going somewhat sour later on in life? I'm simply saying too much love would cause such things and having universal love would be like trying to create utopia.

    i see you dont know the true meaning of love... because by definition it never goes sour... for true love incampases all... as in everything you could possibly think of is on one way shape or form... but that in of itself is a little complicated to explain

    True selfless expression of love does not lead to war unless the war is started by someone who does not recognise true selfless love. If this true love were the embodiment of the human race we would not have a problem.

          I'm not saying something doesn't deserve love. I'm saying that we'd lose our ability to choose who and what we love, regardless to how we might feel about it/them.

      Love is more than an emotion. It is a dependency, a value, and an ingrained belief and virtue that cannot be denied by our own will. For some strange reason, we will do anything for whatever is the beloved - which are many people in our lives, many concepts, and many other things.

    i see that you too dont know the full definition of love... and its one of those things that is really hard to explain if you want me to i will though... simply put love is unconditional unmotivated love a love that you can give to anybody... unfortunately love in todays world is a very loose word, but im talking about the true ideal, yes love is an ideal. and your right... im not the first one to think this way... jesus for example is one from whom a get a good bit. im the one who gets those shouting annoying christians to shut up by quoteing jesus. you know those annoying narrowminded christians who dont truely know their faith.

    true love is the acceptance of life, its ups, its downs, its briefness; everything that makes up life itself and then you try to do good with it. that is true love. thats why it encompasses everything and why its the thing that will change the world. it is the ultimate ideal... nothng is greater. that is why it is hard to explain. its a little hard to explain the reason for everything.

    Crimes of passion are usually caused by a desire to feel loved, or an ideation with an ideal in the form of a person, or the person themself, but usually for oneself rather than for them also. The only time it would be purely out of love and completely harming the beloved is if the attacker/lover is delusional (in such a case the attacker has all good intent and would never do anything harmful but is fully convinced that their actions are doing good and bringing happiness/pleasure/well-being to the beloved individual).
    
    Rape is, usually, about control, or to fulfill a sexual urge or fetish, or for fun - it is all self-centred, again, unless delusional.
    
    Stalking is again from the same basis of motivations.
    
    Love is its definition and cannot be mis-construed. It is an absolution. If it's bad, it's not love, or it's just a failure of the individual (not enough love). But love in-and-of-itself never fails. Even if conceptual, you cannot refute the conception that states that this is what it is. Those other things are not love. Love is giving, all powerful and all endeavouring. It is self-denying when need be, not self-gratifying. And to love the self is not pure self gratification, because only leads to the destruction of self. The only, as I have stated above, exclusion is delusion - again, love is present, but the fault is on the part of the individual's faculties and perceptions, not on their ability to love or even necessarily to display love.
